Sook is Flexible AF
We don’t believe in long leases around here. In fact, Sook believes that the traditional retail model, where you’re tied in for years, is OVER.
The thing is, when you’re a small biz, even a month, or a week, is too much of a stretch for the budget. That’s why all Sook spaces are bookable by-the-day (if that’s all you want).
We do this for a couple of reasons: #1, we know small businesses, and the pressures you’re under, and; #2, nobody needs a shop 7 days a week- it doesn’t make economical sense to operate when your customers aren’t around.

They’re all in tip-top locations
Our spaces are all in places that are perfect for your pop up. We’re talking busy high streets and packed shopping centres, from Oxford St, Hammersmith, and South Molton St in Central London, to Metrocentre Gateshead, and St James Quarter in Edinburgh.
Places with high footfall and plenty of life. Of course, there are a few things to consider when you’re planning your event, especially when it comes to location, which you can read about in our How To Pop Up Guide. And, if you fancy going global, we’re opening in Montreal, Dubai and Abu Dhabi in 2023.

Zero fit out cost
The cost of fitting out a space to make it work for your brand can be prohibitive… Plus, traditional fit outs often mean wasted resources and a heavy carbon impact.

Every Sook space comes with our specially-designed modular furniture and fittings, included in the cost of your booking, which can be jiggled around to your heart’s content. They’re premium quality, neutral, easy-to-jiggle, and stored on site. You can use our online configurer to layout your shelving, tables, hanging rails, free-standing units, seating and more, and if it’s not working for you on the day, it’s super quick to move.

But what about branding? Our spaces all come with digital walls, which display your content beautifully, and are compatible with easy-to-use design platform, Canva. You can use any software you like to create your content, of course, whether it’s imagery or video, or something more interactive.

Opening your pop-up shop, studio, workshop, workspace etc is a big enough task as it is, what with organising staffing, stock and all that jazz, so we’re here to help you out as much as we can. From the moment you book (or before if you need us) we’ll be available to contact if you’ve got a problem with anything, whether that’s designing your space, figuring out what you need, finding the place, or deciding when the right time to book is for your business (we’ve got data for days!).
On the day, you’ll already have been armed with all the codes and instructions you’ll need, but one of us will be on-hand to answer any questions, or fix anything that’s gone wrong. You are not alone, when you book your pop up with us, and we want you to have the best experience ever.
